The Internacional Film and Environment Festival of Zaragoza, "ecozine", was born from the collaboration of all who believe in cinema as a tool for storytelling. Stories that talk about us and our different ways to interact with the Earth, a world we all share.

Our fundamental objective is to support and promote an environmetal cinema. We want to be an open space to inform, disseminate, educate and fight for the right to a living world.

It is necessary to maintain an active cultural attitude that is conducive to respect and conserve our natural environment. Talking about people who is denied their right to access to essential natural resources, destruction of land and sold to the highest bidder in the name of  "development" the "economy " and "progress ", ect ... in addition to displaying solutions that contribute to community problems.
And keep offering a window to show films done in the world, different fragments of reality capable of understanding our environment, challenging the social and political conditions. Cinema, simple like this.

Therefore, for a few days Zaragoza will be a meeting of Cinema and the Environment, days to total energy versus the great challenges of today.
